Treatment of Sexual Dysfunction with Sex Coach Erika Mahya
Welcome to the Sessions with your Sex Coach, Érika Mahya. I offer you a protocol that combines the best of clinical and somatic sexuality to help you enhance your sexual skills, improve sexual health, and strengthen your connection with your body and relationships.
Designed to meet the needs of diverse audiences, I provide private online and in-person sessions with a variety of resources in a structured plan, offering individual support. This approach enhances your daily sensations in an engaging, safe, and effective way.
Structure of the Somatic Sexuality Session
Demand: The therapy considers biopsychosocial issues, such as physical, clinical, psychological, and social aspects, identifying how the session can be made safer according to your mental map. The aim of Development is to delve into the bodily and somatic openings that your history carries, making your body the protagonist here!
Identification of Intention: Every session is built around identifying your intention, i.e., what you wish to explore during the session (e.g., identifying breathing patterns, learning to connect with my body, discovering my return point…).

3 In-Person Session
Somatic Sexuality Sessions
Somatic Sexuality sessions are fully personalized based on your responses to the initial questionnaire, carefully tailored to your intentions, desires, and boundaries. The goal is to create a unique and deeply transformative experience, respecting your body and the emotional processes involved. Each session is designed to promote profound self-awareness, the release of tension, and the expansion of pleasure.
Session Duration and Structure
Sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours, with a focus on bodywork. During this time, you will be guided through practices that involve conscious touch, breathing, and body movements aimed at releasing blockages and promoting the flow of vital energy. This work can help you access areas of pleasure and sensations that may not have been fully explored, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and your sexuality.
The approach is always respectful and mindful, creating a safe space for you to explore your experiences and limits. Every touch and movement will be carried out with care and attention, with the intention of awakening sensations, releasing tensions, and heightening pleasure, resulting in a deep sense of relaxation and vitality.
Formulation of Agreements for Bodily Activities:You have the opportunity to co-create the session structure with me by formulating agreements that establish boundaries and ensure safety during the therapy. All materials provided are for your exclusive use and cannot be shared.
Presentation of Tools: Therapeutic tools, which may include bodily activities, breathing techniques, sound and movement, body mapping, among others, will be presented via video or PDF before the session, along with instructions for the IN-PERSON SESSION. A total of 3 in-person sessions will be included in the package.
Phase C:
Home Play – Body Activities for Transformation and New Habits
In Phase C of our process, you will receive exclusive PDF materials with detailed instructions and body activities to be practiced during moments of intimacy. We call these activities Home Play, as the goal is to create new habits that bring pleasure, relaxation, and connection, while also fostering a deep and real transformation in your daily routine.
These exercises are designed to activate and alter the brain's neural pathways, helping to break old patterns and create new forms of pleasure and connection. By regularly practicing these activities, you will begin to cultivate new emotional and physical responses that positively affect your sexual and intimate life.
Simple, Pleasurable, and Fun
The exercises are simple, pleasurable, and often fun. The idea is for them to easily integrate into your daily life, lasting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. During this time, you will be encouraged to explore your sensuality, touch, breath, and full presence, creating moments of pleasure that go beyond the typical sexual routine. By engaging in these intimacy "games," you not only experience new sensations, but also begin to reprogram your brain to associate intimacy with a more open, enjoyable, and profound experience.
These activities are designed to stimulate new ways of connecting—both with yourself and with your partner—and are meant to strengthen emotional bonds while helping to cultivate a more liberated and spontaneous sexuality. The result is a real shift in how you experience pleasure and intimacy, extending well beyond the physical.
Transform Your Routine with Home Play
By incorporating these simple activities into your intimate life, you will be creating new habits that extend into all aspects of your sexual life, helping to cultivate a more open and satisfying mindset. Home Play is a powerful tool for those who wish to expand their possibilities for pleasure, deepen intimacy, and transform their relationship with their body and their partner.
Home Play: After each session, activities will be sent to practice until the next meeting, designed to be included in your weekly planning, reinforcing your commitment to the process and continuing your evolution until the next encounter.
Frequency: There will be 3 initial meetings lasting between 90 minutes to 2hours, held weekly or biweekly. During this period, there will be activities to integrate into your routine, introducing you to a more present, healthy, and pleasurable lifestyle.


To begin, take a deep breath and take 8 minutes to reflect on your sexual experience by answering the questions in the form.
This is a confidential document and will not be shared. Only your Somatic Sexologist, Érika Mahya, will have access to it to create a personalized strategy based on your needs, desires, and intentions.
